What am I?

This is a little game. I am something from or related to Diablo and you must guess what I am. The clue might be a riddle, or a "path" (like going from site to site until you find the answer), or maybe it requires you to ask questions. When you know the answer you say it, and if you are right it is your turn to create a question (or give it away to someone else).

Rules:

• You may ask any question.
• Yes or No questions must be answered, the others are optional.
• You must wait until someone else posts before you make a guess, or wait 15 minutes.
• You may require the searchers to use external tools to find the answer, but they must be available online.
• If all searchers decides that something is too hard, then they must be given another clue.

I am looking for a name. Follow my clues to find it. Since this is the first I will make it easy ^^ At least the first part which should be enough for a guess.

I am no longer used, but I am forever immortalized on the surface of the tough.
The glass is tipping over, your time is running out.

My first letter appears two steps before the last of the last.
My second letter is the tenth curse.
My third letter is the serpent walk.
My fourth letter is often quiet, and it comes first when the supervillain is about to destroy the world.
My fifth and final letter is feared. It doesn't matter why you scream, it will always be my name.

Thats a tough one, but I am considering Inarius, though I have trouble figuring out what the last clue means, so can't check if my suggestion also fits that.

But Inarius fits the first two clues... Nah it might be a bad suggestion now that I read the clues again.

He is trapped and so on, but dunno if he have anything to do with an hour glass...

No clue about number 3, and do you really mean tough for number 1, it doesn't make grammatical sense.

Okay I have a new guess, this time it fits will the clues except the last part of the first clue.

I am guessing:
Horadric Cube


Its small, its hard, its immortal, it fits the steps due to what it allows access to and its acquired using the serpent walk.

Problem is since I can't get it to fit 100% of the clues, I doubt this to be the real answer, but figured I'll give it a try.
