SC2 is freaking awesome.
Just thought I'd share.

I don't have it yet, I have not played it, but I agree xD
Btw, do anyone know if the editor have seen some (significant) improvements from the crappy beta version?
Well I have bought the entire Collectors edition 2 days ago, but I have yet to actually play the game and test the editor. (Which by the way weren't that crappy).
I also took the liberty to change the title into something a bit more "telling".

It was crappy ^^ I assume you didn't really explore it fully, because then you wouldn't be saying thatI tried it for 2 days and I found over 5 bugs that prevented me from doing certain critical things (or required overly complex workarounds that messed up future additions).
But the thing that made it crappy was how complex everything was. In Wc3 you could be a mapmaking noob and still do virtually anything except JASS with that editor if you had the patience. That wasn't possible with the Sc2 editor. My friend, who had been working with the Wc3 editor for years, spent over 1 week with the editor and still couldn't make the unit he wanted to make. (he went back to the World Editor and made it there instead, in 15 min). It is certainly not user friendly, which for me is the most important aspect. A big reason why I enjoy Wc3 custom games is because I can use the ideas there for my own maps.
In short: The editor in the beta was waaaaaay worse than the Wc3 editor. Its only advantage is the improved engine it is running on.

Thats why I said it weren't totally crappy, it did after all improve two aspects: Terrain got more workable and the engine got improvedBut of course I agree to the rest, just saying that its not totally crappy, when Blizzard managed to do at least 2 good things.
I always considered the editor to be the result of Blizzard wanting to give us too many tools from the start, instead of in wc3 where on has to work around to create certain events or scenes.

I preferred the Wc3 terrain xD I found it hard to control in SC2, and I love tiles <3
