I made a great new Bylur concept and I hope you like it. Imo this would make Bylur much better. I made it with Word 07, so if you get an older version of Word don't blame me that it looks ugly.

Ideas from Lack Sections. which had been closed are corresponding(matched) with what been said by Lotus. I don't have comment so far until Ark read all these first.

I like it Black.Lotus, it keeps the original while adding some much needed changes.
One question though:
Am I assuming correctly that what you mean, it that it should show even the Global mods area of expertise? Or do you mean that one should be able to see what that mod was before?- The Mods should get the rights to the forums they belong to. So the title doesn’t matter. E.g.: someone is a DotA Staff, but the admin decided to make him Forum Staff (global) he could still have his DotA Staff title, but then it still count to the limit of 2 DotA Staff (see below).
Or is it that you want the mod to be considered part of the section staff (hence count towards the limit), if he is the overall mod for that forum, containing that section? I believe this is what you mean, but then I don't see the point in writing both titles, as this should just be internally controlled.
I also uploaded it to rapid once again, with unlimited downloads.. Just in case more then 10 people download this: RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting
"My life for Aiur! Uah... I mean Red Baron!"
Every Mod get rights to a his forum, logically.- The Mods should get the rights to the forums they belong to. So the title doesn’t matter. E.g.: someone is a DotA Staff, but the admin decided to make him Forum Staff (global) he could still have his DotA Staff title, but then it still count to the limit of 2 DotA Staff (see below).
So his title says e.g. "DotA Staff".
If this person is promoted to "Forum Staff" (the global one) he can choose if he want to get his title changes or not. If his title is not changed (so it's still "DotA Staff") then he still count to the max limit of Mods in the DotA forum.

I think it would be better if the DotA/Warcraft III/Starcraft/Diablo/General Gaming Staff should be called "Forum Staff" too.
They will be mentioned in a sticky thread that they are mods there. I think this would make the titles more clearer.
